Weeknight Pansotti w/ Walnut Sauce

From the check out at Whole Foods to the table in 45 minutes!  My quick variation of Mario Batali’s Pansoti w/ Walnut Sauce.

Padron, hot or not, peppers with sea salt and goat cheese to round out the meal.  Oh yeah, a super yummy bottle of Parmelee-Hill 2005 Syrah, one of our 52 wines from the Seeds of Learning Annual Event.
