On The Road: Yosemite

Robin and I traveled to Yosemite this weekend with our friends.  We hiked each day and cooked yummy and not so fancy dinners.  It was amazing how good the food tasted after hiking all day.

Our first night was a taco bar.  Perfect for a late dinner after hiking out on Glacier Point and then cocktails at the Awahnee Hotel.

Our second day we headed up the Mist Trail that lacked mist with so little water in the Sierras.  I cooked up a yummy Butternut Squash Risotto, Salad, and Sausages.

We made it to Cathedral Lakes today before driving home.  A great weekend away.
